By combining the wisdom of contemplative traditions, knowledge of modern psychology, and awareness of sociopolitical issues, we work to support you in developing greater health, meaning and understanding. We believe that by addressing suffering holistically and respectfully, you can heal, grow, and thrive. Our goal is to provide services in this spirit, tailored to the needs of individuals, couple

Dear Friends! Hello! It's been ages since I've been active here and I want to share about a men's retreat I'm co-facilitating with my dear friend Derek Pashupa Goodwin.

I've been holding mens' circles and supporting men in developing a healthier and more liberated version of masculinity. It's part of my broader work as a therapist and activist.
