Introducing Our New FCAR Logo
We are proud to introduce the new logo of the First Coast Association of REALTISTS (FCAR).
FCAR is the Jacksonville-area local board of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). Since 1947, NAREB has been committed to promoting democracy in housing and ensuring that everyone has a fair and equitable opportunity to achieve sustainable homeownership and affordable housing.
At the heart of NAREB’s identity is the shield—a powerful symbol of our responsibility to advocate, protect, and serve. Our new FCAR logo proudly incorporates this shield, representing our unwavering commitment to our community and our mission of protecting and advancing equitable housing opportunities for all.
While honoring our rich history, we also wanted our logo to reflect who we are and where we serve. That’s why we incorporated the beautiful Jacksonville skyline, making it uniquely representative of our city and the community we proudly call home.
The image of the cuffed hands passing a set of keys represents the very heart of our mission. Every key symbolizes far more than access to a home—it represents opportunity, education, knowledge, ownership, financial freedom, generational wealth, and legacy.
Our mission is to help individuals and families receive the keys to their future—the keys to homeownership, to information, to empowerment, and to building lasting wealth. When you possess knowledge, you gain access. When you gain access, you create opportunity. And when opportunity leads to ownership, it creates the foundation for legacy and the fulfillment of the American Dream.
Our new logo captures everything NAREB has stood for since 1947 and continues to champion today: advocacy, protection, education, and empowerment. At the same time, it proudly declares who we are—a Jacksonville organization dedicated to serving our community.
The keys in our logo symbolize our promise that we will always open doors, share knowledge, transfer opportunity, and help others unlock the power of ownership.
