First Coast Association of Realtist (FCAR) is the local board of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Local chapter of NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers) http://www.nareb.com/ The National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) was formed in 1947 by chartered African American real estate professionals out of a need to secure the right to equal housing opportunities, regardless of race, creed, or color. For more than 60 years, NAREB has participated in meaningful legal challenges and has supported legislative initiatives that ensure the availability of fair and affordable housing for all Americans. The National Association of Real Estate Brokers, (NAREB), is a Real Estate Professional trade organization. We have local chapters across the country who embrace our ideals and mission of “promoting democracy in housing”.

🏠 At FCAR, we're proud to highlight members like Lucas Campbell at Ameris Bank, helping helping first-time homebuyers and families in Jacksonville overcome financial barriers to home ownership. With eligible grants up to $12,500 plus additional down payment assistance options, Ameris and FCAR are working together to open doors for our community. We're grateful for the partnership and for members like Lucas who help families move closer to their dream of home ownership.

Realtist Restore Day was a national initiative of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), where local boards across the country came together to restore a local resident’s home or enhance an area within their community

FCAR was proud to participate in the 2026 Realtist Restore Day by restoring the yard of one of our senior residents. The yard was in need of significant care and attention, and our members were proud to roll up their sleeves and make a difference. The before-and-after photos truly tell the story!

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and demonstrate the power of collective action—one home, one resident, and one community at a time.
