Friday was National Senior Citizens Day and we went to Sylacauga Senior to celebrate at the Senior Day Extravaganza. We had a great time and of course while in Sylacauga we ran by Blue Bell Creameries to cool off .

Join us today at 9:30 for our Health Fair next door at the Community Center. There will be many vendors with Nutrition and Healthy products and information. Walgreens will be giving Flu Shots(bring your insurance cards), Stay Elevated will give Chair Massages for $1.50 a minute, Premier Hearing will be giving free Hearing Test, Farmers Market will be set up selling fresh vegetables,we will also have Chair Dancing classes starting at 9:45. Join us as we promote ways to live longer and healthier lives. Can’t way to see a healthier you.
