OPRC Friends We are a Christ-centered ministry offering support to men and women facing unplanned pregnancy.

Many of the women who walk through our doors already have abortion pills in their purse.

They come feeling overwhelmed, afraid, and often believing they have no other choice.

One client arrived with abortion pills in hand, unsure of her future. Through our free services, compassionate support, and parenting education, she chose to continue her pregnancy. Today, she is actively participating in our parenting classes and preparing for motherhood with confidence.

This is why Hope First exists. We meet women in the middle of their hardest moments and offer them the support, resources, and encouragement they need to choose life.

We are honored that our Executive Director had the opportunity to represent Hope First at the North Carolina State Capitol alongside leaders from six pregnancy centers across the state.

It was a meaningful opportunity to share the impact being made in our communities, champion life-affirming support, and ensure the voices of the families we serve are heard. We are grateful to stand alongside other centers committed to offering hope, help, and compassionate care across North Carolina.
