🍓 Strawberry Greek Yogurt Parfait 🍓
A protein-packed breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert that's ready in minutes!

💪 18–20g protein per serving
Ingredients
• 3 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
• 2 tbsp honey, divided
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tbsp low-fat milk (optional)
Directions
• Toss strawberries with 1 tbsp honey, and let sit 10 minutes.
• Toast oats and cinnamon in a dry skillet for 4–5 minutes until
golden; cool completely.
• Mix Greek yogurt, remaining 1 tbsp honey, and vanilla. Add milk if needed for a creamier texture.
• Layer yogurt, strawberries, and oats in glasses or jars. Repeat layers.
• Serve immediately and enjoy!
💡 No fresh strawberries? Frozen strawberries work just as well.
