Happy Memorial Day Monday 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to honor and remember the courageous men and women who sacrificed their lives in service to our country.

Their bravery, commitment, and sacrifice gave us freedoms many people often take for granted.

As we spend time with family, reflect, rest, or gather with loved ones today, let us also remember:freedom came at a cost.

May we lead with gratitude.May we walk with compassion.And may we never forget those who gave everything.

At the same time, today is also a reminder to care for the emotional wellbeing of those still carrying the invisible weight of service, trauma, grief, and loss.

Mental wellness matters.Healing matters.People matter.
