Saturday June 6, 2026. Veterans and supporters gather for the monthly “reading of the names” of the 38 North Carolina servicemen still unaccounted for from the Vietnam War. The public event takes place on the 1st Saturday of each month at 12 noon.

Saturday, May 2, 2026. Local veterans and supporters gather to participate in the monthly “reading of the names” of the 38 North Carolina servicemen who remain Missing in Action from the Vietnam War. The event takes place on the 1st Saturday of each month at 12.noon.

RTNC 5 held its annual “Chilly” Chili Poker Run today. The event raises funds for the SSgt Anthony L. Goodwin Memorial Scholarship for dependents of military veterans. Big thanks to the sponsors, participants and those RTNC 5 members who worked the event. It turned out to be a great day!
