The best conversations at a conference rarely happen from the back row of a lecture. At SCALE 2027, we’re making more room for them.

We’re expanding our roundtables, giving you more chances to ask questions, share ideas, and go head to head with the experts in an intimate setting. No more sitting through lecture after lecture. This is your chance to ask the question you’ve been wondering about and hear it answered live.

Have a question for the experts? Register for SCALE 2027 and bring it with you: https://bit.ly/4g05OHw

Some of the best learning at happens when a plastic surgeon and a dermatologist are sitting in the same session, asking the same questions.

SCALE is one of the few meetings that genuinely brings multiple specialties together — dermatology, oculoplastics, plastic surgery, facial plastics, and aesthetic providers — not just as attendees, but as faculty and collaborators.

The clinical cross-pollination is the point.

AI is changing dermatology, and Dr. Michelle Henry is helping lead the conversation. A board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon, Dr. Henry is the CEO and founder of Skin & Aesthetic Surgery of Manhattan and founder of The Henry Research Group, and a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College.

Her résumé reaches well beyond the exam room. She has been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, The Cut, Byrdie, and Coveteur, named a Castle Connolly and New York Magazine Top Doctor, serves as US consulting dermatologist for Kiehl’s, and sits on L’Oreal’s product validation board.

At SCALE 2026, Dr. Henry led our AI programming, closing out the meeting with three sessions: “Artificial Intelligence and Dermatology,” “Smart Practice: Leveraging AI to Streamline Dermatology Workflows,” and a panel discussion on where AI is headed in the field.

AI isn’t the future of dermatology. It’s already here. Join us at and learn from the experts leading the way: https://bit.ly/4g05OHw

What if one treatment plan could tackle cellulite, stretch marks, and skin laxity together?
At SCALE 2026, Dr. Sarah Allen, founder of Skin Clique, showed how "Synergistic Biostimulation" does exactly that by layering three powerful tools: PDGF-BB, hyperdilute calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA), and microneedling.

The idea is simple but powerful. Instead of treating each concern with a single modality, this approach stacks biostimulators to support collagen and elastin production from multiple angles, helping rebuild skin quality rather than just filling or tightening. For practitioners, that means moving from one-concern, one-device thinking to combination protocols that address texture, laxity, and skin quality in one visit.
