Reasonable people agree there is a better way to address the reduction or elimination of property taxes in Florida. Let’s take the time to get it right for all our communities.

Senate President Ben Albritton will vote no on Amendment 3. He presided over the Senate that voted 30-9 in June to put it on the ballot. The Florida

Prayers from Jacksonville 🙏🏻

One Philadelphia police officer is dead, and another is fighting for his life. Between them, 15 gunshot wounds.

They answered a call for service and walked into an ambush.

One father will never come home to his two children, while another family is praying their father of five survives. These officers showed up to serve and protect their community, and in return, they were met with a hail of bullets.

How many more officers must be gunned down for doing their jobs before Congress acts? How many more families must have their lives shattered before we stop accepting violence against law enforcement as an inevitable part of the job?

WE ARE FED UP WITH MOURNING OFFICERS WHO SHOULD HAVE COME HOME.

Prayers and condolences are not enough when officers are being deliberately targeted simply for wearing the badge. The National Fraternal Order of Police calls on Congress to pass the Protect and Serve Act, establishing federal penalties for those who deliberately target law enforcement officers with violence.

Our officers continue to answer the call. Congress must answer ours! We will not stay silent while officers are hunted down for doing the job they swore to do.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. PASS THE PROTECT AND SERVE ACT.

Incredibly honored and grateful to receive an early endorsement for my March 2027 reelection from the brave men and women of Fraternal Order of Police Jacksonville, FL Lodge 5-30!

“Nick Howland has championed public safety and fully funded JSO since his very first days on City Council. And, as the Council’s liaison to JSO for more than three years, he has been a trusted partner committed to safe neighborhoods and safer streets. Nick has had our backs, and FOP 5-30 is proud to back him for his re-election.” - Randy Reaves, President.
