Due to miscommunication between our property management company, we sent out election documents for Kernan Forest in error. The annual election was held on June 24, 2025 and will be held again next summer in 2026.

We are sorry for any confusion this may have caused, please forgive our mistake.

Hello Residents,

LOST & FOUND ANNOUNCEMENT

Over the summer and previous months, the pool monitors and cleaning staff have accumulated a collection of items left behind by residents at the pool.

We would like to provide the opportunity to have any items you may have left behind, to be picked up. We ask that any items be picked up before the end of the month, by August 29.

Any leftover items will be donated to the nearby Goodwill on Kernan Blvd.

Did you know, the Kernan Forest neighborhood is comprised of three “communities”?

One HOA (Homeowner’s Association), and two COA’s (Condo Association’s). The single family homes and amenity center is governed by the HOA, while each condo community has their own management companies.

When you have questions, please make sure you contact the appropriate Property Management Company so your questions are addressed correctly.

You should have received your notice by now, but if you haven’t, we’re happy to inform you the Association dues for 2025 will remain the same at $480. Your Board of Directors has continued to find cost-saving opportunities and manage the community funds tightly.

Fees are due by January 1st. You have the option for a two-payment method, but half is still due on January 1. The remaining $240 is due by March 1st.

You may pay by logging into the TOPS online portal, or by mailing a check (payable to Kernan Forest Master Association). If you need assistance with the online portal or have questions, please contact [email protected].
