Come volunteer for your community THIS Saturday, June 13th between 8:30am and 12:30pm. Come when it works for you. We have signs to put together as well as two tables and another park bench, stones to organize and glue down, among other projects.

I was reminded of the saying "many hands make light work". The Board is grateful for those who have already been able to help and would appreciate assistance since all of our time is volunteer.

There's something for anyone to help with.

Snacks and drinks will be provided.

We’ll be putting together new metal picnic tables and another bench, fixing and gluing the rose planters along Lost Pine, updating and painting our Little Free Library, adding a new community bulletin board, adding a community garden on Jadestone Court, adding signage, etc.

NOTE: Bring your teenager and get credit for volunteer hours for school.

WE NEED YOUR HELP. Community participation makes these projects possible.

I recently received a text from someone from this number asking if I wanted to sell my home and I would seriously consider not doing business with them because they're very rude ... 904/512-###x.

This is merely my opinion but my concern would be if they can't be bothered to answer a couple questions from somebody then how would they be taking care of you if you chose to sell to them?

👩‍🌾Thanks to the volunteers who were able to join the volunteer board and our Community Association Managers who also volunteered their time and brought a teenager with them each ... today working in the community, we were able to put in a community garden on Jadestone Court ... put together the additions to the little Free Library and get it sanded for a new fresh coat of paint ... three of the six landscaped areas along Lost Pine were redone and glued down because they've been hit and knocked down and people have been stealing the stones ... we got one table put together that's going under the gazebo that's going to be refurbished this week ... 📚🌱

We're looking for five volunteers to join us on Saturday June 6th for just a couple hours starting at 8:30 a.m. or whenever you can show up. We'll end around noonish or so.

The teenagers who showed up are receiving credit for their volunteer hours.

👨‍🌾 We still have three more landscaped areas along Lost Pine to fix ... we're going to have a whole bunch of signs that need to be put up in the neighborhood ... two more tables to put together and a bench that's going to go near the new community garden ... and a community bulletin board that go on Jadestone Court as well.

As part of the grant we got from the county/city, we still have another 30 volunteer hours or so.

We are paying somebody as part of the grant to help out with part of the projects. 🏡

FYI ... and here we're wanting to beautify our neighborhood. Apparently we need up to 44 in of water to get us out of the drought.

Not every day is a watering day. Sticking to your assigned watering days helps reduce unnecessary water use and keeps outdoor watering on track.
