We are hiring at our Lufkin Day Facility!
Gateway Community Partners, Inc. is accepting applications for a full-time ISS Trainer at our Lufkin Facility. Hours: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm; Monday-Friday (37.50 hrs/week). Rate of pay depends on experience. Duties: Supervises individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Plans activities, on-site and off-site, to keep individuals engaged throughout the day (arts & crafts, music, exercise, holiday activities, etc.). As needed, assist with personal care needs, toileting, ambulation, feeding, etc. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; pass pre-employment substance screen; criminal background check; Employee Misconduct Registry check; Nurse Aid Registry check. Must have a current Texas Driver License with a clean driving record. This position requires a high level of physical activity, flexibility and energy.
