On the way to exploring the shops of historic St. George Street, our Partnership2Gether Hadera-Eiron-SE Consortium teen delegation stopped for a meaningful journey through Jewish history at First Congregation Sons of Israel.

Robert Blau - author, retired diplomat, and AsOne Israel Trip participant - shared the story of the St. Augustine congregation and the founding families who helped build Jewish life there.

By learning about the resilience, vision, and legacy of earlier generations, the teens gained a deeper appreciation for the rich tapestry of Jewish communities that connect us across time and across the globe.

Oren Pery has been our Federation's community shaliach for two years. We are beyond grateful for his contributions to our community during his time with us, including:

➡️ Leading the "Soldiers in Uniform" delegation.
💙 Coordinating the community Ha'Zikaron and Yom Ha'Atzmaut events.
🇮🇱 Planning and executing "Israel Night" in Tallahassee.
🌟 Earning Best Educational Booth at the World of Nations Festival two years in a row for the Israel Pavilion...and so much more.

Our Partnership2Gether Hadera-Eiron-SE Consortium teen delegation enjoyed an inspiring leadership workshop at the Jacksonville Jewish Center led by AsOne Israel Trip participant, Dr. Rudy Jamison.

Through conversations about identity and self-awareness, the teens explored how understanding themselves helps them embrace future opportunities and become confident leaders in their communities.

Thank you to Dr. Jamison and our partners for helping us empower the next generation of Jewish leaders in both Israel and Northeast Florida!

This prestigious program gives emerging leaders the opportunity to engage directly with the Jewish Agency's global leadership, helping shape conversations that support and strengthen Jewish communities in Israel and around the world. Kim's selection is a reflection of her thoughtful leadership, dedication to our Federation, and deep commitment to the Jewish future.
