As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we continue to reflect on the incredible leaders who helped build the Women's Giving Alliance. Our latest spotlight features Julia "JuJu" Taylor, who served as our sixth president from 2013 to 2014. During her tenure, WGA reached record membership, championed vital mental health grantmaking, and began to develop the Delores Barr Weaver Fellowship program for young women. As we continue to celebrate past presidents of the Women's Giving Alliance, we are shining a spotlight on our fifth president, Susan Schantz. Serving from 2011 to 2012, Susan guided WGA through our tenth anniversary and updating our strategic plan. WGA also launched a pivotal research report during Susan's tenure, Stronger Voices…Better Lives, which established mental health as our first multi-year grantmaking focus.
