Parents: Do the work to heal from your childhood abuse so you don’t teach your children, unhealthy coping skills, and how to live a life full of pain.

We witnessed miracles these past 4 days at our last Reclaim class of the year! Our participants worked hard and came through on the other side of their pain! They worked through pain of sexual trauma, physical trauma, emotional trauma, and mental trauma that they experienced from their childhood and throughout their life. The pain of unhealthy abusive parents set the tone for their lives. Each fought so hard to Reclaim their life back, and I am so thankful to witness and be a part of it.
