The Florida Federation of Alpha Chapters is proud to launch our FFAC Alpha LIGHT Mentoring Program! The Alpha LIGHT Mentoring Program is designed to strengthen Brotherhood, develop emerging leaders, and invest intentionally in the future of Alpha throughout the Florida District.

The program is now recruiting Mentors, Mentees, Facilitators & Volunteers!

🚨 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN for the 2026 Florida Youth Intensive Leadership Summit (FYILS)!

The summit will occur on July 16–19, 2026 at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL, where high school students (9th - 12th grade) will be exposed to leadership development, career readiness, civic engagement, and life skills through hands-on workshops led by Brothers of the Florida Federation of Alpha Chapters and industry professionals. 🤖🎓
