More exciting is that we will hear updates on the renovation work at our new lodge, and initiate a good man into Harmony Lodge and Illinois Freemasonry! It will be an outstanding evening complete with baked goods. You won't want to miss it!

The annual session of the Illinois Council of Deliberation will take place this Saturday. The Leadership Committee and Membership Committee will be welcoming 2 special speakers and at the General Session, we will welcome SGC Wheeler. We can't wait to see you there!

📅 Another full week at Ansar Shrine.

Units and clubs are active throughout the week, with Saturday bringing one of the biggest highlights on the calendar, the 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁/𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻. 🏈

We continue rocketing upward at Harmony Lodge!

Our next meeting is this coming Monday, June 15th, with the gavel sounding at 7pm. We will open on the 1st Degree for our stated meeting, and initiate a good man into Illinois Freemasonry! All Entered Apprentices, Fellowcrafts, and Master Masons are welcome to join us for exciting updates about our new lodge and the awesome ritual. Greetings, community!

Freemasonry makes good men better - so that they can have a greater positive impact on their communities! As one example, Harmony Lodge has the Newton Bateman Scholarship for the trades, two-year degree programs, and four-year degree programs. Bro. Brad Smith, scholarship committee chair, and Bro. Matt Allen, scholarship committee member, recently met with two applicants from Jacksonville High School (JHS). Both were accomplished and dedicated students, having recently graduated from JHS. Both are pursuing four-year degrees in the sciences. We were pleased to have voted to award them each a $1,000 scholarship for their first year in college.

We will announce these scholarship recipients at our scholarship award ceremony, coming soon. We look forward to awarding more scholarships to those pursuing the trades, two-year degree programs, and four-year degree programs. Greetings, Brethren!

It was an outstanding night of ritual as we gathered for the passing of Bro. Alexander Davidson to the Degree of Fellowcraft! We began the evening with his outstanding catechism, with his dad and our Junior Steward, Bro. JR Davidson, as his Intender. We then moved to the degree ritual, and Bro. Alexander thanked us warmly for the great evening.

Our next meeting will be this coming Monday, June 15th at 7pm. It will be a stated meeting, so you can bet on business, more petitions, and degree work! We will initiate a good man into Freemasonry!

Congratulations again to our newest Fellowcraft, Bro. Alexander Davidson!
