From exploring famous landmarks to learning about London's culture and marketing industry, they packed so much into their adventure. Along the way, they gained new perspectives, made unforgettable memories, and experienced life in one of the world's most exciting cities.

Our Practical Skills for Resilience (PSR) participants spent the day exploring their local library, discovering new books, sharing conversations, and enjoying time together! 💙⁠

Community outings like these do more than provide a change of scenery—they build confidence, encourage independence, strengthen social connections, and support positive mental well-being. Through PSR, participants develop coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and the confidence to navigate everyday life while staying connected to their community. 🌟⁠
