Here’s a recap of last week's Lofts at Cathedral Affordable Housing tour! This is one of the many standout historic projects in Downtown Jacksonville. With apartments fully leased, it’s clear this project is making a significant impact on the community.

A huge thank you to Ginny Myrick and Ryan Hoover for hosting the tour! The project features the restored former YWCA (built in 1950) at 325 E. Duval St., alongside a new building at 327 E. Duval St. The YWCA has 28 units, while the new building offers 92.

It was wonderful to see both organizations come together to learn and network.
