With Dr. Gioia focused on spinal health and chiropractic care, and Elizabeth creating personalized strength/fitness programs, it’s the perfect combo. They’ll be referring to each other to make sure their clients get the full package — strong bodies, aligned spines, and total wellness. 🤸‍♀️💪💯

I wanted to personally update you all on some recent challenges. Unfortunately, I was involved in a car accident, and while I am THANKFUL to be here, this has temporarily impacted my ability to provide services at the level you’ve come to expect.

For now, services will be very limited as I focus on recovery and navigating this unexpected situation. Your support and understanding mean the world to me, and I appreciate your patience during this time.
