Fatherhood PRIDE Fatherhood PRIDE & TEAM Dad are here to inspire and encourage dads & father figures in NE Florida Are you a new, expecting or experienced dad?

Could you use a crash course on fatherhood? Are you nervous and don’t know what to expect once baby arrives? Or maybe you just need a refresher on the dos and don’ts of taking care of a child. Fatherhood PRIDE can assist you with fatherhood and parenting skills, in addition to providing assistance with employment, finances and co-parenting. Fatherhood PRIDE is free and available to dads and father figures in Duval county. Fatherhood PRIDE is an initiative of the Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition.

Infant deaths are happening right here in Duval County. In 2024, 94 babies were lost, impacting 94 families. This rate is alarmingly high, not just for Jacksonville, but for Florida as a whole. We need to talk about it.

Weekend Event Recap:
Fatherhood PRIDE hosted the inaugural job fair/back-to-school event this past Saturday!! 🥳 Assisting over 70 families with finding job placement, job interview clothing, Child Support Navigation questions, back-to school supplies and FREE haircuts!! 🫨

We would also like to thank the Big Red Bus for providing free STD/HIV check-ups and $25 gift cards to the community.
