At Northeast Florida AHEC we connect current and future health professionals with populations that need health services, education, and support. Our Mission: is to create academic and community partnerships for the improvement of health in underserved communities. Our Programs Include:

- COVID-19 Transportation Program
- AHEC Scholars Program for university students

- Health Careers Exploration Tours Program for high school students
- Opioid Prevention and Treatment Education
- Tobacco Cessation, Training, and Systems Change
- Senior Health Education Programs for people age 60+

Northeast Florida Cancer Control Collaborative and Northeast Florida AHEC are hosting a free workshop for individuals living with cancer, cancer survivors, and caregivers that focuses on how to better manage life following a diagnosis of cancer.

This workshop will be hosted at The Hope Lodge and run from June 17th through July 22nd.
