Please join us in congratulating Katie Dunlavy on receiving the Florida Apartment Association’s Hall of Fame Award!

A longtime FCAA member and former President of both FCAA and FAA, Katie has given so much to our association and the multifamily industry. This well-deserved recognition celebrates her leadership, dedication, and lasting impact.

The TOOL SWAP is coming to FCAA’s Maintenance Breakfast! Bring qualifying new or gently used tools and help fellow maintenance professionals build their toolboxes.

🎟️ Every attendee receives one raffle ticket at check-in for the Tool Swap. Donate qualifying tools and get one additional ticket per tool for extra chances at the grand prize!

Enjoy breakfast from Charlie’s Diner, connect with your maintenance community, and put those duplicate tools to good use.

These two incredible women give so much of their time, energy, expertise, and heart to FCAA and our multifamily community. Our association is stronger because of volunteers like Jessica and Shelley, and we couldn’t be more excited to see them receive the recognition they deserve!

✨ Next Friday, they’ll take the stage at the Florida Apartment Association’s 2026 Inspire Conference, where they’ll be honored during the Awards Celebration Dinner.

Today is a special day for our FCAA family. As we prepare to gather tonight in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, FCAA’s VOICE Committee is honored to recognize another survivor within our own community — Michelle Bassitt. 💗

Michelle is not only a breast cancer survivor, but a leader who gives her time and talents in service to our association as a member of the FCAA Board of Directors.

Today, we celebrate the woman beyond the title. The woman behind the pink ribbon. The journey, courage, and strength that may not always be visible when we see a familiar face across the room at an FCAA event.

Gina’s story is her own, but by allowing us to recognize her, she becomes part of something bigger — a community of survivors reminding us why awareness, support, early detection, and continued advocacy matter.

Throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, FCAA’s VOICE Committee is shining a light on the survivors within our FCAA family. Celebrating not only their journeys, but the strength and resilience behind them.

Today, we are honored to recognize Brittany Gelinas, an FCAA Board Member, Owner of Fresh Aire of Northeast Florida, and breast cancer survivor. đź’—

Brittany gives her time and leadership to serve our association and our industry, but today, we celebrate something much more personal: her strength.

Brittany, thank you for allowing us to share a small piece of your story. Your journey is a powerful reminder that behind the statistics and pink ribbons are real women — our friends, colleagues, leaders, and loved ones.

Today, we honor Camy Bermudez — a valued member of our FCAA community, dedicated VOICE Committee volunteer, and breast cancer survivor. 💗

Behind every pink ribbon is a story. A story of courage. Of perseverance. Of hope. And most importantly, a person whose strength deserves to be celebrated.
