A 4-year-old boy and his father were found dead in a South Florida condo, just hours after the boy’s mother had petitioned for an emergency order for authorities to pick up the child.

We know we have been silent awhile due to family circumstances, but we have continued to stand up for those in need.
July 10th we will be doing a rally for the future lives we have a chance of protecting and finding justice for those taken too soon.

This father needs to be charged with this child’s death and again DCF needs to be held accountable! Truly sad RIP sweet boy!

This was an innocent child that lost his life for no reason. This is not a black or white issue this is an issue of to many children dying for no reason. We fight for all children and we want justice for this child. Anyone that kills a child deserves the death penalty. This child had no idea what evil was living beside him nor did he know that riding his bicycle would give him a death sentence.

On 7/23/2020 the Clay County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division along with the SWAT team executed a search warrant in the Orange Park area of Clay County. The warrant was served as a result of an investigation by our Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, which revealed the suspect, Bryan Lee Kestner of Orange Park, Florida. The search was for devices that allegedly stored child abusive material which Mr. Kestner allegedly obtained via the internet. Multiple devices and other evidence were recovered by detectives and processed, which subsequently led to the arrest of Mr. Kestner on 8/3/2020. Mr. Kestner is incarcerated in Clay County Jail on multiple charges of possession of child abusive material.
