BYC is a youth program designed to help the young people in our communities be the best citizens they can possibly be. KeAundra Carn is the founder of our organization, and she is the mother of a teenager, as well as a soon-to-be teenager. She has always been drawn to youth, and she takes a genuine interest in the development teenagers go through.
KeAundra has been a mentor to young individuals ages 8 to 29 for more than 10 years. Through her daily work with youths in church and at workplaces, she has learned to understand their development, who they are, and their self-esteem issues. Being involved in her community and connected to youths at her church inspired KeAundra to start this organization.
Make sure young individuals in your community get the attention they deserve with BYC. Our youth programs allow them to get the guidance they need to have a brighter future. One of our programs is called GIRL, and it teaches young women about subjects such as self-esteem, hygiene, and spirituality.
We all want the young men and women in our community to succeed, but it can be difficult for many teenagers to adapt to an ever-changing world on their own. It's important for teens to be able to utilize programs to help prepare them for the future—that's where we come in. BYC is a youth organization that provides math and music programs for young individuals to help them excel and be all they can be. Our organization offers services such as tutoring, music lessons, and a mentorship program to nurture these young individuals on their way to becoming upstanding citizens of the community.
