I received the call last night from Ms. Margret that Ms. Blanche passed away yesterday. Ms. Blanche and Mr. Bill were the longtime backbone on Troop 304. She will be deeply missed. Her funeral will be this Friday February , 13 at 11:00 at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Funeral Home & Riverside Memorial Park 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205, USA
