Paradise Restored (Revelation 22:1-5)

All of history has been pointing to this. From the 2nd chapter of the Bible mankind has been exiled from the heavenly city, and the paradise of God. We have been banned from the tree of life, and the presence of God, and the river of life has largely dried up, but here hope has come to fruition. Here faith has been rewarded. Healing, restoration, and life have come to us, from the Tree and the river which flows from the throne of God Himself.

In the 2 final chapters of the Bible we see Tikkun Olam completed. The universe has been restored. Here we see the Kingdom of God on Earth in its fulness, and here we can once again walk with God in the garden. Now we can see His face โ€ฆ the face of the Creator.

Will you be there?
How do you think you will react?
What is appropriate behavior before an earthly king?
Kol vโ€™chomer, how much more worthy is the King of Kings to receive ALL honor, and reverence, especially after all He has done to save us from our own rebellious sin(s)?

Why wait? Honor Him now. Worship Him now. Serve Him, for He IS worthy.

Before there was an Israeli occupation. Before 1967. Before Gaza. The New York Times was documenting something the modern progressive narrative has almost entirely erased: the coordinated ethnic cleansing of Jews from Arab and Muslim-majority countries.

This is what a 1948 front page looks like. The Arab League, in 1947, drafted a formal internal document recommending coordinated action against Jewish populations across member states: freezing bank accounts, designating Jews as enemy aliens, interning those deemed Zionists.

They succeeded. Iraq had 135,000 Jews in 1948. Today, five remain. Egypt saw bombs k!ll over 70 Jews in Cairoโ€™s Jewish quarter in 1948. Yemen saw 82 Jews mโˆ—rdered in the 1947-48 pogroms. Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Syria โ€” each country that had harbored thriving Jewish communities for centuries systematically emptied them out in a single generation.

The total: ๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ,๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ ๐ญ๐จ ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐‰๐ž๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ง ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐€๐ซ๐š๐› ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฆ ๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐๐ฌ. Their property โ€” homes, businesses, bank accounts โ€” was seized. The estimated value in todayโ€™s dollars: $263 billion. About 70% of those refugees resettled in Israel. They became Israelโ€™s founding population.

The next time someone tells you this conflict started on October 7, or in 1967, or even in 1948 โ€” ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐€๐ซ๐š๐› ๐š๐ซ๐ฆ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐ฏ๐š๐๐ž๐ ๐ˆ๐ฌ๐ซ๐š๐ž๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐š๐ฒ ๐š๐Ÿ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ž๐œ๐ฅ๐š๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž โ€” show them the New York Times archive. The paper of record documented the pogroms, the expulsions, and the coordinated Arab campaign to remove Jews from their homelands decades before a single settlement was built.

On 18 January 1945 the SS evacuated Auschwitz. About 56,000 prisoners were forced to march west to Wodzisล‚aw and then by train to Gross Rosen, Buchenwald and other camps. Thousands died on the way from cold, starvation and shootings. The death marches continued the killing outside the camp fences. Survivors remember the snow, the bodies along the road, and the indifference of local civilians. The marches show that the N**i system continued murder until the last days of the war.
