🎆35 Years of Leadership, Impact, and Possibility 🎆
As we celebrate 35 years of Teach For America, we’re proud to spotlight leaders whose journeys reflect the enduring power of our network and the many ways alumni continue to shape educational opportunity long after their corps experience.
Today, we celebrate , a 2019 Indianapolis corps member whose commitment to students and communities has evolved into transformational leadership across Florida.
As Florida’s Director of Statewide Teacher Preparation & Systems Impact, Kady works to strengthen the educator pipeline, build meaningful partnerships, and support systems that prepare and develop effective teachers for students across the state. Her work reflects a deep belief that lasting change happens when we invest in both people and the systems that support them.
From serving students in the classroom to leading statewide efforts that influence teacher preparation and educational outcomes, Kady exemplifies the impact of Teach For America alumni who continue to reimagine what is possible for students and communities.
For 35 years, Teach For America alumni have led from classrooms, schools, nonprofits, businesses, and public institutions proving that educational excellence requires leadership at every level. Kady’s journey is a powerful example of how one commitment to service can create ripple effects that extend far beyond a single classroom.
Thank you, Kady, for your leadership, your vision, and your continued dedication to ensuring all students have access to excellent educators and opportunities to thrive.
