Gage's Story- he is a 1-3 yr old neutered male. Gage would be best in a home without cats and children. He’s a bit reactive and nervous at the vet so he will require a patient and experienced home.
Let’s talk about what we know of Gages past….
Gage was found as a stray in Chicago and saved from euthanasia and transported to rescue after a brief stay in boarding where everyone loved him. He is very underweight at only 50 pounds for his large body. Gage is very laid back and friendly but does not like the vet. He is friendly with the other chows and a little too curious about the cat. He is a friendly, laid back guy so far who rides well in cars and loves to give pure tongue kisses!

THIS IS A COURTESY POST- no negative comments will be tolerated. Please let’s pull together as a chow community and help find this chow boy a home. LOCATION- Meriden CT
Togi is a 2 yr old male who is up to date on rabies and has some records that came from the shelter and previous owners who were abandoning him. This poor boy was scared and doing what chows do in a shelter situation and becoming very unapproachable… a Good Samaritan saved Togi from being euthanized. After giving Togi almost a year he and the other dog in the home are not working. This family loves Togi and wants him to go to a home he can be in safely and not constantly secluded. He’s a good boy and gets along with their cat. He may be dog selective based on what’s happening currently so I’d suggest someone with chow experience or ways to securely separate. Togi loves stuffies ❤️ he’s not a fan of treats but enjoys some cheese and meats (who doesn’t right?🥰)
He loves his people and hold on to your hats folks…. He comes when called!!
