Today, National Charity League Jacksonville members gathered at Happy Brew Coffee Shop to support Angels for Allison by assembling materials to help spread awareness about their mission and prepare gifts for an upcoming fundraiser.

Founded in memory of 15-year-old Allison Haramis, Angels for Allison provides financial assistance for funeral expenses to northeast Florida families experiencing the unimaginable loss of a child. Since 2010, they have helped more than 1,400 families during some of their darkest moments.

We are grateful for opportunities like this to come together, serve our community, and support organizations making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Thank you to Angels for Allison for allowing us to play a small part in such important work.

This morning was a small—but powerful—example of how National Charity League Jacksonville shows up for our community.

Fourth and Gold kicked off their kickball tournament fundraiser today, complete with a silent auction, raffle, merch, food trucks, and a DJ—and NCL had the honor of helping with event setup. Thanks to many hands (and a packed van), the fields were ready to welcome kickball teams, spectators, refs, and volunteers. The cool morning didn’t last long, but the teamwork and energy made the work fly by!

Fourth and Gold is an incredible organization on a mission to accelerate childhood cancer research. Founded by healthcare professionals on the frontlines of pediatric oncology, they work every day to support children and families while directing funding toward research with the greatest potential for breakthroughs.

NCL is proud to partner with Fourth and Gold in their fight against pediatric cancer. 💛
We encourage you to learn more, donate, volunteer—or maybe even form a kickball team next year!
