Anthony is no stranger to the Gather for Goodwill stage, having walked our runway as a featured model for several years running. A true champion and fan of Goodwill’s mission, Anthony brings his signature style, passion, and advocacy back to lead our entire program this year.

One year of hope, hard work, and transformed lives. 💙🛠️

Last Thursday, we gathered to celebrate GoodTrades’ 1-year anniversary. Looking out at the room, we were reminded that this initiative is so much more than a workforce program, it is a second chance, a fresh start, and a bridge to possibilities many thought were out of reach.

For so many in our community, GoodTrades offers an open door where walls once stood. By providing 100% tuition-free training in high-demand trades, paired with hands-on case management, financial guidance, and direct job placement, we aren’t just teaching skills. We’re helping neighbors rebuild their confidence, achieve financial independence, and create lasting stability for their families.

We extend our deepest thanks to Council Members Rahman Johnson and Tyrona Clark-Murray. Your early advocacy and belief in this vision helped pave the way for every single life touched this year.

In just 12 months, 277 GoodTrades graduates walked through our doors, took a leap of faith, and rewrote their stories. We are bursting with pride for every single one of them.

This is only the beginning. As we look ahead, we are committed to growing this program and expanding into new trades so that even more people in North Florida have the chance to build a career they can be proud of.
