In recognition of 9/11, CIS Jax AmeriCorps Volunteers gave back through service.

Volunteers participated in a large-scale meal-packing event at University of North Florida, helped clean and maintain the Jacksonville Cemetery, and distributed backpacks and literacy resources at Biltmore Elementary School.

Yesterday, we brought several of our newest board members into the heart of our work at Woodland Acres Elementary for a firsthand look at our mission in action!

They had the opportunity to learn more about our programs and see how their support can make a difference for local students and families.
