JAXImpact is an educational awareness program that brings the "TRUE LIFE" crime scene to the public for all to see, sharing a story of Life, Death, and Responsibility! Each attendee that experiences our motivational speaking engagements, our eye opening hands-on prevention tool Fatal Vision® Goggles (a special lens technology by Innocorp, Ltd. that allows the wearer to experience a realistic simulation of impairment) along with car crash display will be motivated to take our "Pledge for Life and Responsibility" and receive our "Promise Bands". Each time a wearer picks up a phone to text or talk, grabs a set of keys, has a casual drink, before, or while driving – our hope is that these promise bands will serve as a reminder to the participants to take responsibility and remember the tragic crime scene shared with them! By sharing this presentation from ALL sides, someone's life will change, someone's life will be saved, and crimes will be reported before tragedy strikes! The IMPACT of our display and presentation will remind all to Teach & Take Responsibility every day, promoting safety today for a safer tomorrow! We will educate all attendees on the dangers and truth of traffic crashes. Attendees will understand that the presumption of guilt starts at 0.08% BAC, no percentage is a safe or “Legal Limit” and responsibility starts at 0.00%! Attendees will also recognize and understand that these tragedies are not accidents they are crashes reflecting the 96% of reported crashes versus only 4% are truly accidents.
