These Girls Deserve More Than Survival 💔➡️💚
"Meet the girls from Samburu now thriving at St. Rita Evergreen. They have survived the unthinkable - GBV, early marriage, trauma. But survival is not enough. They deserve to THRIVE.

Right now, 100+ girls and women in Samburu and Nyahururu need basic essentials: inner wear, sanitary pads, diapers, blankets, cooking oil, and flour. Things we take for granted. Things that change everything when you don't have them.

On September 12th, we are delivering dignity and hope directly to these communities. But we need YOUR help to make it happen.

"In just days, GDP launches ""Standing With Women & Girls in Samburu"" - and it is going to change everything in Maralal Town.

339 km from Nairobi, in one of Kenya's most remote regions, we are bringing education, health, advocacy, and leadership development directly to the communities that need it most.

Look at these girls from St. Rita Evergreen. They are a proof of what is possible when you invest in women and girls. When you say ""your life matters"" and actually mean it.

1 in 3 women face GBV. Girls who stay in school are 6x safer. When women are empowered, entire families transform.

This is what is created by GDP: spaces where women don't have to pretend everything is fine. Where vulnerability meets strength. Where stories are shared without judgment and where futures are reimagined together.
Every woman who walked into that Multiplex in Mombasa carried something heavy. But they didn't leave the same way they came because when women gather with purpose, support each other with intention, and believe in each other's potential, transformation is inevitable.

The Power of a Shared Meal 🍽️

At the Women's Conference, we watched women who arrived as strangers share meals and stories, creating bonds that will last long after the event ends. There's something sacred about breaking bread together, especially when you've walked similar hard roads.
This is community. This is healing. This is what happens when women feel safe enough to let their guard down, share their truth, and connect heart to heart.

This Is Why We Go Everywhere 🌍
"From modern facilities in Mombasa to dusty streets in rural villages - GDP does not pick and choose. We show up everywhere children need us.
These boys in their Batman and superhero shirts? They are getting the same love and support as kids in the big city centers. Because every child deserves to feel valued, fed, and cared for - no matter where they live.
The team does not just pass through but we sit with them, share meals, make memories, and remind them they matter. These are the ways of GDP! No child is left behind, no community is too remote and there is no need too small to address.
