Oceanview Lodge No. 408 had an wonderful and warm family night dinner. This month we did something a but different and had bingo after the dinner. Prizes were big bags of candy provided by W. Terry Kutch the sitting Junior Warden. Little Caesars pizza was had with a plethora of deserts. It's always a warm and welcoming dinner at this beautiful Lodge, always so good to be with people you've grown to call family, always somewhere you can count on. Thank you Worshipful Kevin Colcord for keeping us together. If you ever want to join us, reach out!

Oceanview Masonic Lodges meeting last night was nothing short of spectacular. Visiting brethren included M.W. Grand Secretary Jeff Foster, W. Seth Rothstein, Ian (Bowtie) Bozeman, and W. Corey Meinher. Worshipful Kevin Colcord presented an Honorary Perpetual Membership to W. Seth Rothstein in recognition for all that he has done for our beloved Lodge. Thank you again W. Seth Rothstein!
Dinner was succulent beef brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, baked beans, Hawaiian rolls, so much more, which was provided by Junior Warden W. Terry Kutch. Worshipful Kevin Colcord has done a wonderful job keeping this Lodge alive and the Brothers together for all the friendship and good times we have here.

Last night at the monthly Northeast Florida Masonic Association meeting, Worshipful Master Kevin Colcord of Oceanview Lodge No. 408 received his certificate of proficiency and his purple card in recognition of his continued dedication to the craft, his Lodge, and Masonry. Congratulations Worshipful Master Kevin Colcord! 👏 An excellent meal, fellowship and discussion of future events were had.

Oceanview Lodges Family Night dinner was at the fabled Joseph's Italian restaurant. It's these cherished moments that show us what it's all for, a community that grows together, bonds over shared objectives and moral values. Always good to end the night with a belly full of delicious pizza and a mind full of heart warming memories.

The first Tuesday of the month every month is Oceanview Lodge No. 408's Stated Communications meeting. This month we had the privilege of distinguished guest District Deputy Grand Master of the 8th Masonic District representing Most Worshipful Haskel Vest of Free and Accepted Masons of Florida. Also in attendance was Brother Curt Landers of Lagrange Indiana. Names are listed on the first photo. The dinner was superb, Publix fried chicken, baked beans, potato salad, a huge apple pie, cookies, Hawaiian sweet rolls, salad with dressings and cheese, sweet tea and the District Renowned pineapple upside down cake. Worshipful Kevin Colcord announced the date and time we will be assisting with Horse Sense, a local non profit focused on helping children with disabilities utilize equine therapy in a lasting and beneficial way to bring joy and peace to those in need. We will be assisting with anything and everything there. Please come join us! September the 19th at 9am. If you're early, we'll be there, if you're a little late, we'll be there. Just get there and we'll be glad to see ya!

Oceanview Lodge NEEDS YOU! If you wish you knew a way to get involved in your community, meet people from all backgrounds who come together to feed the hungry, bring joy to elders hearts or even join a monthly paintball outing, whatever your ability, our Lodge could be better with you in it. From seeing the pillars of your community to becoming one of them, now is your time. Challenge yourself, and become the best version possible of yourself. Not every man gets through those doors however, so do not take the opportunity to inquire so lightly.

What a most excellent night Brothers of Oceanview Lodge had this evening at the monthly School of Instruction which was held at Stafford Caldwell Lodge located at the Scottish Rite building downtown. Right Honorable District Instructor Lynnwood Thomas Sr. kept the evening flowing smoothly. The food was catered through HOLA MEXICAN RESTAURANT on Main St in the Historic Eastside of Jacksonville. Powering through almost every obstacle Brothers from this Lodge could face to get to the Stated Communication Meeting, we came together strong for another wonderful night sheltered from the storms of the world in that beautiful building we call our Home Lodge. Right Worshipful Mike Pease extended his cable tow a few miles to come grab the Senior Deacon who had car troubles. Worshipful Kevin Colcord through his fight with cancer on his scalp and everything else he's holding still had room in his arms to hold us together. W. Tery Kutch put together a feast of deli sandwiches, potatoe salad and sweet tea to keep us fed and happy for the meeting. Right Honorable Lynnwood Thomas Sr, (G.M.I.T) keeping us on track, R.W. Jesse Tiner to make sure we're on the right track, and W. Leroy Jeffers made it in despite his pain and had several good laughs, great times and memories we cherish. Lynnwood Thomas Sr. also received his certificate recognizing him as a Perpetual Member of Oceanview Masonic Lodge No. 408. Thanks to all those that could make it out tonight, cabletow permitting. And if you want to get in on the fun we have at our Lodge and the pride we take in our floor work, feel free to come out the first Tuesday of every month. Meal is at 6:30, Meeting at 7:30.
