We create steering committees made up of local residents and community leaders to listen and learn about issues that are most important to the community. Once we understand the issues we work with community leaders to create customized solutions that are community-led, culturally relevant and implemented by local specialist. We teach personal responsibility, parenting skills, conflict resolution techniques and financial literacy to give families the relationship-building tools needed to develop strong, stable families
