The Rediscovery Retrouvaille Weekend Retreat is offered by a group of trained mentor couples who have experienced marital issues themselves who now teach other couples how to repair their own marriages. The program offers tools needed to rediscover

a loving marriage relationship. Thousands of couples headed for cold, unloving relationships or divorce have successfully overcome their marriage problems by attending the program. It is for couples who want to learn how to communicate better with their spouses. Some couples come to Rediscovery Retrouvaille during the initial signs of a marriage problem. Other couples are in a state of despair and hopelessness when they attend the program. These latter couples often consider the program their final option. Many attorneys and judges send couples to a Rediscovery Retreat as a prerequisite to filing for a divorce or rendering final decisions. Many marriage counselors send their clients to the program as a prerequisite to marriage counseling. These professionals know that the tools of communication in marriage taught in the program are often what couples need. Weekend programs are offered three times annually in the Jacksonville, Florida area.

The Retrouvaille Marriage Retreat is an intensive marriage-changing weekend that offers help and hope for couples that want to transform their marriage in the face of a disconnected marriage. If you have grown apart, are struggling to connect, or are facing a marital crisis, Retrouvaille can help you learn to rediscover each other. Retrouvaille (pronounced Retro-vi with a long I) means “rediscovery” in French.

You and your spouse will spend the weekend learning an effective communication process from couples that have experienced similar marriage difficulties. You will listen to engaging talks from married couples, just like you, that had navigated the path of reconnecting a disconnected marriage. They openly share how they have experienced healing and forgiveness in their own marriages. Then, as a couple, you will share guided exercises that allow you to practically apply the concepts you have learned.

One weekend can change your marriage. The retreat begins Friday evening at 7:00 pm, runs all day Saturday and finishes up Sunday at 4 pm. Accommodations for Friday and Saturday night and weekend meals are provided. There are ample breaks and meal times scheduled. All program materials are included. After the weekend, a series of weekly follow up talks helps to keep you on track. The registration deposit for the upcoming Retrouvaille Marriage Retreat is only $350 per couple. Final weekend costs are determined by the number of couples attending and a voluntary donation is requested from each couple at a the end of the weekend. Program costs are affordable and financial assistance is available.
