JAXUSA's talent team recently attended the Talent Strong Florida Summit hosted by Florida College Access Network (FCAN), joining workforce leaders from across the state to discuss the future of Florida’s workforce.

During the summit, the team highlighted JAXUSA’s efforts to strengthen the region’s talent pipeline through Earn Up and shared insights from our 2025 Transportation & Logistics Talent Study.
