Jacksonville’s regional economic development initiative overseeing the efforts of the seven counties of Northeast Florida.

JAXUSA Partnership's purpose is to facilitate the creation and retention of quality jobs and significant capital investment, resulting in a higher standard of living and a better quality of life in Northeast Florida. We work in partnership with the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission, JEA, the regional county partners — Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns — WorkSource, JAXPORT, the Jacksonville Aviation Authority, the Jacksonville Transportation Authority and more than 200 corporate investors throughout Northeast Florida.

We’re coming to London, and we’re ready to connect with UK partners! 🤝

From October 12–18, JAXUSA Partnership is bringing Jacksonville’s 2026 UK Trade & Investment Mission to London. Led by Mayor Donna Deegan, the delegation includes Shad Khan, owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Fulham FC, and 50+ business leaders from across the region, including Mayo Clinic, FIS, Bank of America, Acosta Group and the Jacksonville Port Authority.

Jacksonville is ranked the 3rd large U.S. city for economic growth, with major strengths across industries. FIS processes $9 trillion annually from Jacksonville, our world-class healthcare systems continue to expand and billions are being invested across our Downtown and military economy. That growth is creating new opportunities for companies and partners around the world.📍

JAXUSA President Aundra Wallace attended the USA-Korea Investment Forum in Silicon Valley last week, connecting with Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry & Resources, investors and innovative companies from the U.S. and Korea to explore new partnerships and opportunities in AI, semiconductors and robotics.

These conversations are opening doors for new global partnerships and putting Jacksonville in front of the companies and leaders shaping the industries of tomorrow, further strengthening our region’s position as a destination for global business and investment.

JAXUSA's talent team recently attended the Talent Strong Florida Summit hosted by Florida College Access Network (FCAN), joining workforce leaders from across the state to discuss the future of Florida’s workforce.

During the summit, the team highlighted JAXUSA’s efforts to strengthen the region’s talent pipeline through Earn Up and shared insights from our 2025 Transportation & Logistics Talent Study.
