Sometimes the most powerful words we can say are, “I’m not fine.”

Thank you to everyone who joined Liam Lives Foundation, Inc. for Beyond “I’m Fine”: A Conversation About Mental and Emotional Wellness. This heartfelt discussion created space for honest conversations about postpartum depression, anxiety, depression, su***de prevention, and the importance of seeking support.

A special thank you to our incredible panelists for courageously sharing their personal experiences and professional expertise. Your openness, vulnerability, and wisdom reminded us that healing happens when we speak our truth and allow ourselves to be supported.

We are deeply grateful to each attendee who showed up, listened, and engaged in this important conversation. Together, we are helping to break the stigma surrounding mental health—especially in our communities and among mothers who are often expected to carry so much.

Remember: You do not have to carry everything alone. It is okay to ask for help, to rest, and to tell the truth about how you are feeling.

Beyond "I'm Fine" Guest Speaker Spotlight

Meet Erica D. Kilbourne-Broodie!

Erica D. Kilbourne-Broodie is a wife & mother of four, a healthcare professional, student, and serial entrepreneur from Jacksonville, Florida, with roots in Houma, Louisiana. She is the founder and creator of EricaKae’s Creations, formerly known as Kerica’s Jewelry Box, as well as the newly established nonprofit organization, The Mom’s Bible Society of Jacksonville.

Erica’s purpose is to serve her community in meaningful and impactful ways, using the gifts God has placed within her.
EricaKae’s Creations is a revitalized crafting business that began in 2020 during a challenging season in Erica’s life, when she was first diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Through faith and reliance on the Lord, she discovered a healing outlet in jewelry-making. What began as a personal journey of restoration has grown into a platform that encourages others to express their creativity and find purpose through crafting.

In 2026, through prayer and a desire to remain consistent in studying God’s Word, Erica was led to create The Mom’s Bible Society of Jacksonville. This nonprofit serves mothers who are believers in Christ, providing a space for connection, fellowship, and spiritual growth through devotion and study of the Word. Through this calling, Erica recognized yet another opportunity to serve and uplift her community.

You can follow Erica and support her work through social media on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
