This week, Elevate Women Jax welcomed the 2026 GETONboard Cohort for Session One: Beyond the Resume, an executive roundtable designed to go deeper than accomplishments and titles.

Thank you to our outstanding panelists, Lisa Palmer, Melissa Fulmore-Hardwick, and Patty Keenan, and to moderator Angela Timberlake, for a candid conversation that challenged assumptions, uncovered the thinking behind successful leaders, and reminded us that executive leadership is about far more than a resume. It's built through character, relationships, sound judgment, and the reputation you earn over time.

A special thank you to our board members, Leila Ansart, Duane Bunn, Vicki Mola, and Madelen Salter, for your servant leadership and commitment to creating meaningful experiences that help women grow, connect, and lead.

Thank you also to Manisha Pardee, Style by Manisha for beautifully capturing the evening.

Last week, Elevate Women Jax hosted our third Catalyst Connections, bringing together executive leaders and rising executives for an evening of intentional conversations designed to expand networks, build relationships, and open doors.

Jacksonville Women's Network and Elevate Women showed up strong for the Jacksonville Waves opening night on May 15th. Bringing together members, guests, families, and community leaders, the sold-out game showed tremendous support for this pivotal moment for women’s sports in Jacksonville.

We learned, connected, laughed, and had meaningful conversations about leadership, business, opportunity, and the future being built right here in our city.

While we didn’t get the "W" on the court this time, the City of Jacksonville won by showing up, supporting women’s sports, and being part of history.

Thank you to Zawyer Sports & Entertainment, our incredible panelists Joy Bing, Chriss Brown, Whitney Meyer, and Kathryn Wills, and to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable evening. This is only the beginning!
