A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our Mother’s Day event with Paint Nite Jacksonville FL ! It was a truly special afternoon, and we’re so grateful for your presence and creativity.

A big shoutout to Hannah Hanania for organizing such a wonderful experience—everyone left with a beautiful painting and great memories.

We’d also like to extend our thanks to and for helping make the event extra special. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Dear Ramallah Family,

This is a proud day for the Club and one of its brightest in its 70-year history that will advance the Club’s future for generations to come. As approved by the General Assembly, Suad Said Akel, Andy and Teresa Akel and Jack and Kathy Akel have donated $50,000 to the Ramallah Club for the Grand Ball Room naming rights. This generous donation brings the Capital Campaign closer to its fundraising goal. As you all may know, the Club’s interior will be under renovation this summer, and this will be one of the largest renovation projects the members have undertaken. So many of our members have contributed towards this project and we thank each and every one of you.

Last Sunday, we hosted our annual Father’s Day Picnic filled with fun, family, and of course, our traditional barbecue chicken lunch. We were greeted with an impressive turn out, and a good time was had by all! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate all of the amazing fathers in our lives.

The docu-film, MAYOR, featuring the city of Ramallah, Palestine's Mayor Musa Hadid, will be available virtually this Friday, Dec. 4, through Sun-Ray Cinema. It’s a real-life portrait of dignity amidst the madness & absurdity of endless occupation while posing a question: how do you run a city when you don't have a country?

It was directed & produced by American filmmaker David Osit, who shadowed Mayor Hadid over several years.
