Join us for Mocktails & Mingle, the third Eye Spy Social of the year.

On Thursday, August 27, from 7–9 PM, we’re gathering at Ellie Mental Health – Ponte Vedra for a relaxed evening of community connections, food, alcohol-free mocktails, and conversation.

Eye Spy Social is our ongoing meetup series for the blind and low vision community — designed to create an accessible environment where people can connect with peers, build friendships, and enjoy time together. Advocates, friends, and community members are welcome too.

We’ll have a Cold Stone sundae bar, small bites, mocktails, water, seltzers, and soda.

Fashion PAWty is an Eye Spy Foundation fundraiser created to raise support for the blind and low-vision community.

The event will feature guide dogs and their owners walking down an orange carpet runway, bringing together fashion, awareness, and community in a fun and meaningful way. It is a chance to celebrate the bond between guide dogs and handlers while supporting Eye Spy Foundation’s mission.

This Eye Spy Foundation fundraiser will celebrate guide dogs, their handlers, and the blind and low-vision community with a stylish orange carpet experience. More details are coming soon, but for now, save the date and get ready for a meaningful event filled with fashion, support, and purpose.

We are excited to begin sharing more about Fashion PAWty, an upcoming Eye Spy Foundation fundraiser created to support the blind and low-vision community.

This event brings fashion, purpose, and guide dogs together in a unique way. Instead of a red carpet, Fashion PAWty will feature an orange carpet in honor of Eye Spy Foundation’s colors, where guide dogs and their owners will walk the runway.

August is Children’s Eye Health & Safety Month, focusing on the importance of caring for children’s vision as they grow, learn, and stay active.

Regular eye exams can help identify vision changes early, while simple safety habits can help protect children’s eyes during sports, outdoor activities, screen time, and everyday play. Healthy vision supports confidence, learning, and development.

This week is International Assistance Dog Week, a time to recognize the incredible role assistance dogs play in people’s lives.

These dogs are trained to support people with disabilities in many different ways, including guiding, alerting, retrieving, and helping with daily tasks. Their work can make everyday life more independent, accessible, and manageable.
