The HOA Board is in the final stages of reviewing contractors for the community roofing project. Before a decision is made, we want to ensure that homeowners have the opportunity to share any questions, concerns, or suggestions related to this project.
We are asking owners to submit their feedback so the Board can review all input in one centralized location. This allows us to consider perspectives that may not have been previously identified and helps ensure a more informed and productive discussion at our upcoming meeting.
To keep this process organized and fair, all questions, concerns, and suggestions must be submitted using the form linked below. The Board will not respond to emails, comments, or messages regarding the roofing project outside of this form. Centralizing feedback allows the Board to review submissions collectively and come prepared.

The deadline to submit feedback is Saturday, February 14, 2026, by end of day. This timeline provides owners adequate time to participate while allowing the Board sufficient time to review all submissions.
