I am so gratefulllll, my very first Know Your Birth Rights Movie Night was a huge success. 3 mamas came out to class, we were having technical difficulties with the actual documentary getting onto the screen so I taught from the dome and the mamas loved it...We talked about informed consent, how to advocate for yourself, and their patient rights due to them by FLORIDA LAW. They were engaged and talking back. Asking questions. We laughed, we ate a lil popcorn and shared stories and it was an amazing vibe. Even after the class they stuck around and talked to me (and each other).... we hung out good.
