The SAGE Project Focusing on the well-being of local LGBTQ+
by providing a safe space where they can be themselves.

We aim to help lesson the isolation that can come with being an LGBTQIA+ person in a small community. We host meetings for local LGBTQIA+ tweens & teens and (separately) adults. We also hope to create community alliances, increase awareness and decrease prejudice.

Today is National Coming Out Day. ⁣
⁣
To everyone who’s out — we see you and we celebrate you.

To everyone who can’t come out today — for any reason — please know this:

You are still valid. You are still important. You are still deeply loved.
⁣
Coming out is a personal journey, not a race or requirement. Safety and well-being always comes first. You never owe anyone your story until you’re ready. And if you never come out, you’re still enough, just as you are. ⁣
⁣
There’s a whole world of Mama Bears and chosen family holding space for all of you.
⁣
✨ You are brave.
✨ You are loved.
✨ You belong.
