AFSA SERVICE SATURDAY | Veterans Affairs

Their service built our legacy. Our commitment is to make sure that legacy is honored, protected, and supported for generations to come.

Through AFSA’s Veterans Service Organization Communicators Partnership with the National Veterans Outreach Office, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, we’re connecting their community with valuable resources while continuing to advocate for those who have served and sacrificed.

From improving access to VA health care and timely disability claims processing to supporting veterans affected by toxic exposures and protecting earned disability and retirement benefits, AFSA is committed to making a difference beyond the uniform.

Take time to explore the newly released Federal Benefits Guide from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Download your copy from the VA website or visit your local VA office for limited printed copies.

We want to extend a huge thank you to Little Rock Air Force Base and everyone who came out to support our 24-Hour POW/MIA Remembrance Run.

For 24 straight hours, as we honored our nation’s Prisoners of War and remembered those who remain Missing in Action, through every mile, every lap, and every name remembered, the POW/MIA flag never stopped.

A special thank you to Mayor Jeff Elmore, Jacksonville AR for proclaiming the third Friday of every September as National POW/MIA Recognition Day for the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Their service is remembered. Their names are not forgotten. Their legacy lives on.

You Are Not Forgotten. 🇺🇸
