WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The team has a very busy 2025 ahead so we want to be proactive! We have a goal of getting 50-60 boxes pre-made to last us through Summer, but we can’t do that without your help!

From now until March 26, we are accepting donations of ALL box contents—enough to make at least 50 care packages! The easiest way to donate is to purchase from the PresentMoms Amazon registry so it is sent directly to us, or by sending money to either our PayPal or Venmo. All links are below. If you are out and about and pick up some items while at the store, send us a DM and we’ll get a drop off point set up.

Then on March 28, we will host 5-8 volunteers for couple hours to help make these boxes and get them ready for all the new moms who come our way! Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject “March 28 Volunteer” to let us know you’re interested.

We need all hands on deck here to make this a possibility, so please share this post on your socials so we can make this happen! If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

As always, thank you all for your support and here’s to a great 2025!

GIVING TUESDAY

1 in 5 mothers report signs of mental changes, like depression and anxiety, after giving birth. Studies suggests that number is actually higher due to the amount of women who hide their issues.

You never know what each mama has gone through or what is going on in their mind, which is where PresentMoms comes in.

We gift care packages full of goodies and maternal health resources (including FREE THERAPY) so that each woman who receives one has the best chance at a healthier--mentally and physically--start into their new phase of life.

Whether it's their first or sixth child; no matter their age, wealth status, or color of skin...

EVERY MOTHER DESERVES TO FEEL SEEN. HEARD. CARED FOR. LOVED.

In order to eventually reach every mother, we need your help. This Giving Tuesday, please consider giving a tiny portion of your holiday budget to PresentMoms so we can fulfill care packages and give new mothers something JUST FOR THEM.

There are multiple ways to give: our website, Donorbox, PayPal, Venmo, or purchase from our Amazon wishlist (all links in stories).

To be a nurturer, you have to be nurtured. Help us take care of new mothers so they can take care of their sweet families.

Today, we take time to remember all of the moms out there who have went or are going through the unimaginable pain of losing a pregnancy and/or a child.

Your grief and anguish and emotions are valid. You’re allowed to feel how you feel.

And you are loved and seen and not alone in that journey.

PresentMoms doesn’t just gift postpartum boxes to moms who were able to bring their baby home. Mothers who have gone through miscarriages or infantile losses still go through the postpartum process. This organization have not forgotten about those MAMAS.

Please reach out if you know a mom who is going through this experience, and we will specialize a box just for them.

DONOR HIGHLIGHT

Courtesy of one of our most charitable partners ( ), Amason Aesthetics was introduced to us back in January of this year and volunteered to gift us with our yearly supply of lip balms to include in each of our boxes. That's 120 lip balms for 120 mamas! PresentMoms has been overwhelmed by their consistent generosity this year!

Thank you SO much !

If you're interested in donating products to have in our self-care boxes, gifted freely to new moms, please DM us or email us at [email protected]

We are helping more and more new moms with each month!

Last month, a record setting *22 REFERRALS* came in for newly postpartum women to receive self-care boxes! That leaves 42 more referrals by the end of this year to reach our goal of gifting boxes to 120 new (or new again) mamas.

With the growth we've seen after summer, I believe we can reach this goal!

But PresentMoms cannot do it without your help... If you feel led, please donate to our organization via our site or PayPal ([email protected]) or Venmo (), or purchase from our Amazon wishlist so we can be funded for the rest of the year!

Let's finish 2024 strong!

“I can’t do this anymore.”

“They’ll be better off without me.”

“No one will care if I’m gone.”

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.
Aptly squeezed into Maternal Su***de Awareness Week.
Which is a small part of Su***de Prevention Month.

20% of maternal deaths are from su***de. Twenty. Percent.

Postpartum depression shows up in many forms, and often, women are very good at hiding it. Many stories of mothers who took their own lives start with, “she was such a happy person.” Or, “I had no idea she was struggling.”

MOMS… we can beat those awful thoughts and feelings. Motherhood is hard, but you can get through this with help. I PROMISE.

Check in on your mom friends, especially the ones who have a new baby in their lives. Send a text. Send some food or flowers. Offer to do laundry or clean. Be there for them.

If you’re having thoughts like above, please TELL SOMEONE and call 988. There’s a person on the other end who can help you through this.

And also please check out Postpartum Support International for other stats and more ways to get help.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. PLEASE ASK FOR HELP.

To support our cause of gifting self-care boxes and maternal health resources to new moms, which includes 3 months of FREE THERAPY so they have a chance of beating that awful statistic, please consider donating.

DONOR HIGHLIGHT

I was first introduced to Jac Kalaher and Jess Swearingen, co-founders of St. Johns BFF, back in December 2023. They were looking for a nonprofit to support that focused on moms in some manner, when my lovely sister-in-law Katy Lynch (St. Johns BFF Partnership Development Director and now Chief Development Officer at PresentMoms) threw our tiny organization in the mix. After explaining our mission and swapping postpartum stories of our own, the BFFs immediately said they wanted to support our cause.

My first speaking gig was at their January luncheon, and they have been donating and hosting fundraisers ever since. Because of their leap of faith when their business was just starting out, PresentMoms has seen dramatic growth in this calendar year. They continue to be one of our most impactful donors, not just monetarily, but also by sharing our cause with all the businesses who are a part of their community. The majority of our other donors this year have been because of the word that is spread through St. Johns BFF.

Along with my liaison to their group, their Community Outreach Director the wonderfully beautiful and generous Jenny Faust, and their Chief Operations Officer (the"real boss" 😊) Melissa Downey, this group of five ladies has propelled PresentMoms in a way I only imagined a year ago. For that and more, they are our first Donor Highlight.

THANK YOU ST. JOHNS BFF... My forever gratitude will still never be enough 🤍.

If you feel led to donate to our organization, please reach out to me through DMs, email me, or head to our site to donate monetarily.

Last Thursday 8/15, our friends at Peaches+Co had their 3 year anniversary, and to celebrate, they invited everyone for demonstrations, severe discounts on services, and a gigantic raffle where proceeds benefited PresentMoms! Because of the amazing donations from local businesses, these ladies raised nearly $1100 for our organization!

A most sincerest of THANK YOUS to Karen and the Peaches+Co crew for supporting PresentMoms and our mission to make sure new moms get the love and care they need to be the best version of their new self!

There is a layered meaning behind the name “PresentMoms”.

One may think of it as moms gifting other moms a present just for them, because more often than not, focus after birth shifts directly to the newborn and away from the woman who just gave birth and whose life (in every meaning of the 4 letter word) has drastically changed.

The other way, is more intentional: to be present in that motherhood moment of postpartum… to recognize the new emotions and feelings and responses to this new phase of life, and to seek help if something seems off. However momentary the postpartum period may be, we want the skills of remaining present and aware to continue into EVERY phase of motherhood.

As the founder of PresentMoms, I would be remiss if I didn’t lead by example.

For the past 3 months, I’ve been trying to do just that. I have taken a bit of a respite while my kids have been home from school to focus on being the mother they need during their summer break. My youngest will no longer be with me the majority of the day as she is entering kindergarten, so our days have been spent playing dress up and singing princess songs; my oldest is entering the early pr***en years where the days of him wanting me to be near and play with him are beginning to dissipate, so I’ve really tried to soak in those times he still needs me.

Because of this, the organization sat on a back burner. Boxes went out when I could get to them, which unfortunately wasn’t often. Referrals have died down because posts and speaking engagements were nearly non-existent. This summer definitely slowed our progress down after the spectacular first half of the year we had, but that is okay.

I want this organization to grow into something MUCH bigger than just me… one where I can take a summer break and it not affect the incoming of donations and outgoing of self-care boxes. Which is why, even though it was on the back burner, it was still simmering...

This Fall will bring so many opportunities for growth and recognition and partnerships and so much more! But I’m back and prepared for the busy season ahead and cannot wait to see how many new moms this little organization will help!

And as always THANK YOU SO MUCH to those who continue to support our mission!
