Hello and welcome to all those joining our page for the first time! Allow me to introduce myself—I am Tomika "Pie" Wilkerson, the proud founder and president of the incredible organization known as Strength In Sisterhood Inc.

At Strength in Sisterhood Inc., we have a powerful mission: to be a beacon of mentorship and empowerment. Our main focus is on nurturing, bonding, encouraging, communicating, and educating young ladies. We warmly welcome girls from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their race, religion, or socioeconomic status. Our arms are open to those aged 5 to 18 years old.

In our program, we place a strong emphasis on giving back to the community through volunteering, uplifting, tutoring, and honing essential career-building skills. Our young participants also learn the art of goal setting, investing in themselves, and embracing self-love. We equip them with the tools to build their own brand and become proactive contributors to their households, communities, and society at large. Our core values, including self-love, empathy, trust, leadership, empowerment, positivity, support, integrity, respect, and kindness, form the foundation upon which we build a better future.

Our program is designed to provide these young girls with the guidance, training, and resources they need, along with a dose of love and unwavering support. We aim to empower them to make wise decisions not only in school and their communities but also throughout their journey as catalysts for success. We firmly believe that education is the key that unlocks social and economic empowerment for young women. Our vision is to help these remarkable young ladies and survivors achieve their educational and career dreams.
