There comes a moment when grassroots organizations stop asking for a seat at the table and start building the table themselves.
At Krumpin 4 Success, we believe some of the most transformative work isn’t happening inside million-dollar organizations. It’s happening in community centers, churches, storefront offices, and neighborhoods where people simply refuse to give up on their communities.
Today, K4S is on the brink of something incredible in the technology space, and we have been selected as the exclusive nonprofit organization to utilize this opportunity.
But we don’t want to build this alone.
We’re seeking FOUR grassroots organizations with annual budgets under $150,000 to become founding partners in this next chapter of community transformation.
You do not have to currently operate programs in Entrepreneurship, Aviation/Drone, Real Estate, Music/Media, or Beauty.
However, your organization must be willing and prepared to launch a workforce development cohort utilizing one of K4S’s proven curricula and program models.
We are looking for organizations that are ready to move from vision to action.
Selected partners must be prepared to launch their first cohort beginning between September 2026 and no later than November 2026.
Why grassroots organizations?
Because some of the greatest work in our communities is being done by organizations that may not have the largest budgets, but they have the largest hearts, the deepest relationships, and the strongest commitment to creating change.
We want to help grassroots organizations become greater, reach farther, and create more opportunities for the communities they serve.
This is not about competition.
This is about collaboration.
This is about building pathways, creating opportunities, and ensuring that organizations closest to the community have access to tools that help them expand their impact.
We’re not looking for organizations with the biggest budgets.
We’re looking for organizations with the biggest commitment to transformation.
