🩺 First stop: COMMUNITY TRIAGE.
Tell us what’s going on, what you need, and what you’re trying to accomplish.

👩🏽‍⚕️ Next: SEE A COMMUNITY HELP “PHYSICIAN.”
Our team will assess the situation, help identify available resources and determine how K4S may be able to assist.

📋 Then: GET YOUR COMMUNITY TREATMENT PLAN.
You leave with some direction and next steps — whether that means resources, programs, employment assistance, youth services, senior support, re-entry assistance or another pathway.

🏥 And just like a hospital, we don’t pretend to specialize in everything! If your situation requires services beyond our capacity, we can help connect you with an appropriate community “specialist” through referrals to our partners and other resources.

Because sometimes you don’t need somebody to hand you another phone number and say, “Good luck!” 😩😂

🔥 CALLING ALL YOUNG LEADERS AGES 12–15! 🔥

What started over 10 years ago with youth inside juvenile facilities is BACK—and this time, it’s BIGGER and BETTER! 🎀💪🏾

Years ago, the vision for BOSS — B.O.W.T.I.E.S. of Standard & Success began while we were working with young people in juvenile residential facilities. We planted seeds then…and now it’s time to bring the FULL vision to life!

BOSS is a ONE-YEAR youth development and leadership experience for boys and girls ages 12–15 (10-11 on case by case basis) designed to build confidence, character, leadership, life skills, financial literacy, healthy relationships, career awareness and community responsibility.

Throughout the year, youth will move through three stages:

🎀 FIRST KNOT — Discover the Standard
🎀 DOUBLE KNOT — Live the Standard
🎀 BOSS KNOT — Set the Standard

And B.O.W.T.I.E.S. stands for:
