Celebrating 34 years of Love and Friendship

On February 7th, 1990 alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Sorority Inc. was founded by our 14 founding sisters:
Betty Chu, Karin Co, Susan Kim, Nancy Lee, Sherri Leung, Annie Loo, Belinda Ma, Anita Ng, Serene Ngin, Fannie Pon, Josie Sun, Daisy Wu, Jill Yoshimura, and Reina Yuan

Our January Sister of the Month is #31 Maggie โ€œReD HOTโ€ Greenwald. Maggie is extremely compassionate, kind, and caring to all she meets. She makes everyone feel loved and heard, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand. As Treasurer, Risk Management Chair, and Wellness Chair, she has exemplified her amazing leadership skills. She is an amazing representation of our sorority and our pillars. We are grateful for Maggie for all she does! We love you!

The sisters of the University of North Florida Pre-Associate chapter of alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Sorority Inc. want to bring awareness to violence toward both women and men, and honor the memory of a lost but not forgotten sister, Valerie Zavala.

On this day, we want to acknowledge and inform about the violence that is unfortunately prevalent in our society. The sisters of the University of North Florida Pre-Associate Chapter of alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Sorority Inc. welcome you to join us tomorrow, January 31st, in a day of remembrance for Valerie Zavala.

Valerie was a victim of sexual assault and sadly passed away from the incident on January 1st, 2003. Join our chapter by wearing baby blue, Valerie's favorite color, or purple, which symbolizes violence and abuse awareness, to show your support for the awareness and fight against violence toward women.
